How to use
Hemp oil works best when taken sublingually, as it ensures better and faster absorption directly into the bloodstream through the capillaries under the tongue.
Shake the bottle well before use. Take one serving of GOGO’s broad-spectrum hemp oil and place it under your tongue. Hold it for one to two minutes, and then swallow. You can wash down the not-so-good taste of the hemp oil with water after swallowing.
Broad-spectrum CBD oil can be taken with or without food, but it is recommended to take it before a meal as it may lower blood sugar.
